Well! What can I say. I had a great time in Bristol and made new friends. Pictured left are Mike (Fitzy) And his wife Kath, as well as playing at Fity's birthday party on the Friday night, he was also my host for the weekend, (and a great one at that) It was like having my own personal tour guide. Oh and chauffeur!!! Nice car Fitzy!! I seen some of the most beautiful scenery. its just a shame I was only there for the weekend because, I would love to have seen more! The good news is I am going back next year, This time for longer!

Also a lovely location by the canal. It was really nice sitting by the water watching the boats going through the lock. With a cool Bud over ice! Well it was 31 degrees!

My hotel was the luxury 4 star Mercure Holland House. Very nice!

During my stay in Bristol I stayed in the Holland House Hotel,
Pictured left. Although all my expenses were paid for by Fitzy, I only had one meal in the Hotel and, you can see why! top left photo.
6.75 for a glass of wine! Comfortable though!
